About the Role

seeking a self-motivated Civil Site Designer / Engineer to join our Raleigh office. This full-time position involves preparing construction documents for residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, and a variety of civil site development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in areas including site layout, stormwater management, grading, utility design, erosion control, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop site design plans including layout, grading, storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer systems
• Produce mass grading plans, roadway grades, alignments, and earthwork calculations
• Prepare construction quantity takeoffs and support subdivision layout
• Complete supporting calculations and permitting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
• Perform field work and office-based design tasks
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
