• Avg. Daily Census : 15-18 patients per day
• Preference : Basic computer skills, BC Internal Medicine or Family Practice, CA License, Cerner experience
• Certifications : ACLS required

• Orientation will follow the regular work schedule (IST training later, Mon-Wed, 6a-2p)
• Must document authorization in patient records for all essential services prior to specialty consults or diagnostic procedures not pre-approved by CDCR / CCHCS
• No transfers without prior written authorization from CDCR / CCHCS leadership
• Excluded / pre-existing condition care only if aggravated to a life / health-threatening level

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

• NEO training : 3 days during first week
• Provider training thereafter during regular schedule
