Job Summary

This position supports the Apparel and Accessories Design & Development team with production support and logistic functions for Johnston & Murphy apparel and accessories. This includes data entry, tracking, logistics coordination and other production support as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists with SKU creation of new offerings as well as editing of current offerings.
• Ensures accuracy of purchase orders.
• Tracks production from purchase order creation to final deliveries.
• Manages communication with vendors for all aspects of order placement, keeping internal teams and systems updated in real time.
• Updates delivery dates in ERP systems and excel tracking files to keep business units advised of delivery date changes.
• Coordinates with logistics for approval of shipping methods based on target deliveries.
• Organizes payment paperwork for vendors / factories, ensuring all paperwork is properly submitted to finance for processing and payment.
