Marketing & Sales Associate Urban Air Orlando Hamlin

This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. The position is split between Sales and Marketing responsibilities and reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager based in Orlando, FL. You will focus on executing local activities and community engagement as directed by centralized leadership.

Sales Responsibilities :

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations
• Qualify, follow up with, and manage leads for group events such as field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and team events
• Attend community events to promote the park and generate new leads
• Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing
• Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events
• Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls
