Overview

At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We're reinventing Growth here. As a Growth Manager for our Digital team, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting and engineering, in addition to start-up and marketing experience.

The Growth Manager in the Digital Marketing team will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns across a multitude of paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Youtube, Reddit and Google. You will manage a 6 digit quarterly budget and will be in charge of campaign planning, ideation and execution with a data-driven mindset to have a massive impact on the top line of the company.

Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

Pipeline Generation & Strategy : Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital marketing campaigns and focusing on channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google and Reddit.

Campaign Execution & Optimization : Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaignsfrom planning to execution (i.e. strategizing on what campaigns and ads you will run) to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.

Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.

Performance Monitoring & Insights : Track and analyze key campaign metrics identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

We're seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in digital marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include : Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing : Experience in content and ads creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on paid customer acquisition is highly preferred.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid customer acquisition (B2B preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google and experience in running campaigns at various stages of the funnel (top, middle, bottom)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing and creative teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, lead follow-up and conversion into pipeline and optimizing performance through the funnel.
