Oncology Strategy Leader

Drive innovation and impact at AstraZeneca by leading strategy for our industry-leading oncology pipeline. Collaborate with R&D and the Oncology Business Unit to shape and deliver cutting-edge therapies that improve patient outcomes and bring us closer to eradicating cancer.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and implement integrated therapy area, tumor, and indication strategies for oncology, partnering with global teams across R&D and commercial functions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to C-Suite leaders, influencing investment and portfolio decisions.
• Oversee business processes, forecasting, and market analysis to enable successful commercial launches and R&D prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional tumor teams, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of global brand strategies and asset forecasts. Manage and mentor a team, guiding directors and associate directors.
• Maintain trusted partnering, credibility and collaboration with clinical, commercial and strategy leaders.
• Represent AstraZeneca and build strategies that improve the patient experience and reduce risks associated with cancer.
