Job descriptionLoan forgiveness : IHS + HRSA Leave : 19 paid holidays, 24 hrs personal leave, 8 hrs / month annual & sick leave Health : FEHB (Tribe pays 90%), Vision (Anthem), Dental (Delta Dental WI) Life / AD&D : 2x base salary (up to $200K), starts after 30 days Retirement : Primerica payroll-deducted plans (after 90 days) Support : EAP (6 free sessions), Workers’ Comp self-funded Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care Oversee daily medical operations & staff meetings Supervise RN, NP, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology & MOA staff Serve as consultant to Clinic leadership & Tribal Council Train, evaluate & support medical staff Ensure compliance with federal codes & regulations Collaborate with AODA, MAT, PT / OT, Chiropractic & Behavioral Health MD or DO, Board-Certified & WI licensed (or eligible) 5+ years clinical / administrative experience Teaching / preceptor background preferred CMD certification is a plus Avoid the hassle of permanent relocation by taking on temporary assignments in various locations, experiencing different communities without long-term commitment.
