General Warehouse Clerk

Performs general office duties to support all facets of warehouse operations.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position :

• Schedule inbound loads of customer product, production materials and supplies to facilitate production needs.
• Schedule inbound / outbound shipments to meet customer due dates and requirements.
• Assure accurate verification of all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products and materials shipped and received.
• Facilitate replenishment of product and materials to production lines as needed.
• Process shipping / receiving transactions timely, including production issues, transfers and returns.
• Transact inventory movements using inventory control system as needed.
• Assist Operations management team as needed.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with both internal and external customers to meet production goals.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned, directed or requested.
• Average to above average skills using Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Assist with production planning as needed.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate information is being provided to management.
• Accurately maintain documentation pertaining to shipping and receiving.
• Must be proficient in math.
