A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I to provide first-level technical support to employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve customer issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Record incidents and resolutions, and follow up on customer status and feedback
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred industry certifications include HDI, MCP, Network+, and A+; HDI certification required within 1 year of hire
1-2 years of experience providing IT technical support preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC OS, and various software platforms
