💼  What You’ll Do as an Associate Attorney :

• ️ Conduct  client consultations , offering clear and compassionate guidance on their legal options.
• ️ Prepare and review  bankruptcy filings  and related documentation.
• ️ Represent clients in  court hearings and 341 creditor meetings .
• ️ Collaborate with an experienced team of paralegals and support staff for seamless case management.
• ️ Stay up to date on local  court rules, bankruptcy laws , and legal processes.

📚  What You’ll Bring :

✅ J.D. from an accredited law school and  admission to the South Carolina Bar .

✅ Strong writing and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

✅ Detail-oriented and capable of efficiently managing multiple cases.

✅ Some courtroom or litigation experience preferred, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.

✅ A sincere commitment to helping people overcome financial challenges.
