Business Process Transformation Analyst
The Business Process Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and enable digital transformation. This position partners with stakeholders across departments to assess current workflows, gather requirements, and design optimized processes that align with organizational strategy and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification preferred. Experience : 25 years in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles. Experience with ERP / CRM implementations or digital transformation projects a plus. Equivalency : An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience of seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of the stated minimum requirements. Communication Competencies
Physical Ability : Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and / or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or work station.
Sensory Requirements : Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
Environmental Factors : Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as humidity, rain, temperature extremes, or traffic hazards.
