Overview
The HVAC Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

The HVAC Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.
1st shift : 7am to 3 : 30pm or 8am to 4 : 30pm

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- Must possess EPA Universal certification credentials
- Must have refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification
- Three (3) years of HVAC experience are required
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an HVAC Journeyman is required
Preferred Qualifications :
Five (5) years of HVAC experience is preferredResponsibilities :
Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systemsUse common tools of the HVAC trade in daily work (e.g multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipmentIdentify maintenance risks on equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systemsClean, adjust and repair systems, and performs warranty servicesPerform emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyProvide technical direction and on-the-job trainingKeep daily logs and records of all maintenance functionsEnsure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety ActComply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirementsAssist with customer queries inquiriesComplete other duties as assignedABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
