Job descriptionMedical Dental Vision Prescription drug coverage 401(k) with company match New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details) Flexible Spending Accounts : Healthcare and Dependent Day Care Corporate discounts Safely set up and operate all phases of the printing operation Install / remove printing plates mandrels and related components Register print images and bring new print setups to spec for quality and output Perform minor repairs troubleshoot process issues and conduct preventive maintenance Lead and direct packers on assigned lines Complete production paperwork and execute in-process quality inspections Provide break relief for other departmental positions Maintain housekeeping standards and safe work practices Carry out additional duties as assigned by department leaders and management High school diploma or GED 2 years in printing or experience on production equipment making machine adjustments (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication; basic math proficiency Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team Extrusion Machine Thermoforming Machine Equipment Troubleshooting Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Quality Control Experience Machine Setups for Production Runs Plastic Extrusion Experience Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Thermoforming Experience Novolex is committed to providing equal employment opportunity in all employment practices including but not limited to selection hiring promotion transfer and compensation to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to age race color national origin sex pregnancy sexual orientation gender identity religion handicap or disability genetics citizenship status service member or veteran status or any other category protected by federal state or local law.
