Job Details :

• Board Certified APP
• 8a‐8p (weekdays) or 8a‐7p (weekends)
• Active TN License and DEA required
• 3‐6 years of Family Med, ER, or Urgent Care experience
• Patients : 3 months+
• Local candidates only
• EMR : Practice Velocity
