Job descriptionA demonstrated history of strong customer service and administrative skills are required. A background in the electric signage industry, or construction field would be helpful. BA degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Minimum of 2 years administrative office experience. Possess high level customer service skills / phone etiquette. Ability to keep many details organized. Follow-up skills are a must. This job is onsite and will be filled in Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler TX) or Racine, WI. It is full-time, M-F. Powered by JazzHR

Job Responsibilities :
- A Program Administrator spends the bulk of their time assisting with customer communications, responding to inquiries, coordinating with estimating and design, order entry, and helping to keep projects on a tight timeline while delivering exceptional customer service.
