Job Description

Freshworks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute large-scale, impactful events across the Americas region. This role will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) events, spanning tier 1 and tier 2 categories. As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage event budgets, forecast needs, and ensure seamless execution across multiple different business units. This role requires a strategic thinker, a high degree of attention to detail and hands-on professional with a

proven background in B2B scale event management and a willingness to travel for events.

Please note : This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute events across the Americas, including all logistical and strategic aspects from concept through completion.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing impact. Track expenses and maintain accuracy in reporting.
• Forecasting & Reporting : Forecast event needs, resources, and potential outcomes. Regularly report on key metrics and performance to optimize future event planning.
• End-to-End Event Management : Lead all aspects of event production, including pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up. Ensure alignment with Freshworks’ brand, goals, and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure events support broader business objectives.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with vendors, venues, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism at all events.

Please note : This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

This role is based in the Seattle Metro Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

Compensation Package

$180,900-$260,015 USD Base Salary
