Job description

Position Overview :

Join our team as an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) and make a real impact by delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing behavior support plans for children with ASD at home and in our centers. As an RBT, you'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children reach their full potential through positive behavior support and essential life skills development.

Job Responsibilities :

Under BCBA supervision, implement behavior support plans, conduct discrete trials, and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.

  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans to address specific behavioral issues.

  • Job Requirements :

  • Experience working with children (under the age of 18) with autism for at least 3 months
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Active RBT certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children
  • Dependability, consistency, positive attitude, and reliability are required to ensure the child's success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
