LHH is recruiting immediately for a Director of Market Strategy and Expansion for our rapidly growing client. This is an opportunity to drive greenfield market growth across the U.S. with a purpose-driven, people-first home services company known for its strong brand values and commitment to customer excellence.
Remote – CST or EST time zones preferred | Travel up to 50% required
Compensation : Up to $200K+ total annual package
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in greenfield or de novo growth roles, preferably within home services, construction, or consumer service businesses.
- Demonstrated success launching new market locations and managing end-to-end execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience forecasting budgets, building business models, and analyzing ROI.
- Experience negotiating and managing leases, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with marketing, operations, and HR to align on strategic priorities.
- Deep understanding of sales and operational strategy in multi-site consumer services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting and KPI tracking.
- A people-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer and employee experiences.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for market visits, team support, and on-site execution oversight.
