The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our market expansion, working cross‑functionally to position eGain’s AI-powered solutions in front of enterprise decision‑makers and accelerate our growth trajectory. What You’ll Do

• Drive Market Strategy : Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that showcase eGain’s unique value proposition in the AI-powered Knowledge Management space
• Create Compelling Content : Develop high‑impact content for outbound campaigns, events, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives
• Shape Our Digital Presence : Lead website messaging, content strategy, and online positioning to drive demand and engagement
• Enable Sales Success : Create compelling sales enablement materials, presentations, and tools that help our team win deals and expand customer relationships
• Be the Voice of the Market : Conduct competitive analysis, gather market insights, and translate customer needs into compelling product narratives
• Launch with Impact : Plan and execute product launches that generate buzz and drive adoption
