Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Team Model; Supervising MD o Clinic, Call, or Both : No call 70% outpt; 30% inpt o Schedule : Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend Monday - Thursday; 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm (most preferred) OR Monday - Friday; 6 : 30 am - 3pm 4 10 hour shifts will be given priority Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE o Cases / Procedures : Endoscopy General OB / GYN Ortho Pain Management Urology Vascular Blocks preferred; not needed o EMR and Dictation Tools : EPIC / Dragon o Required experience, training, and certifications : Must have experience with : spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters AHA BLS AH ACLS AHA PALS NBCRNA o Case Logs : 75 within the last 12 months o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license : MI License only due to timeframe o Credentialing Timeframe : Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
