Med / Surg RN Job Details Location : Nashua, New Hampshire 03060 Healthcare Setting : Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Adult, Step Down Unit Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : February 16, 2026 Contract Duration : 13-week travel nursing assignment Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts) Guaranteed Hours : 48 hours per week Work Schedule : Work 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,880 - $2,020 Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Scrub Color : Navy blue required Weekend / Holiday : Every other weekend and holiday availability required Registered Nurse Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required Active and valid New Hampshire RN license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification recommended Proficiency in medical terminology Strong mathematical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience required; 3 years preferred Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in a Med-Surg and Step Down setting Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic test reviews Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards Demonstrate compassion, integrity, collaboration, and clinical excellence in all aspects of nursing care Discover rewarding travel nursing jobs in New Hampshire and make a positive impact in patients' lives.
