Workday HR Admin Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Workday HR Admin & Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog for Workday HCM features and translate business requirements into detailed user stories

Lead and develop a team of Workday HR administrators, setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews

Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of workflows with business objectives and manage release coordination

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field

3-5 years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on configuration and administration

2-3 years of leadership experience with technical or HR teams

Workday certification is preferred

Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy, compliance requirements, and system architecture principles
