About Our Culture
At the VFM, we take our mission seriously, but we like to have fun while doing it. We are a small, collaborative team that values growth, service to the community, and supporting one another. Expect walking meetings, coffee breaks, baked goods, and plenty of corny jokes. Our office has occasional visits from staff dogs and is located in a historic (and allegedly haunted) building.
