Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Operations Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Travel between multiple facilities to support their proper functioning and maintenance needs.
• Manage facility services including preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted work.
• Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to maintain system efficiency and safety standards.
