Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Energy who excels by transforming complex customer requirements into actionable, data‑driven solutions across HVAC, controls, central plant optimization, and integrated energy systems. You lead projects from early concept through design, pricing, and performance validation—leveraging modeling, analytics, and real‑world constructability insight to ensure every solution is technically sound, financially viable, and executable in the field. You collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to protect margin, reduce risk, and deliver high‑performance building outcomes. Through mentorship, strong communication, and technical leadership, you elevate both project delivery and overall team capability.
