Accounts Receivable Supervisor

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the Accounts Receivable team in billing, collections, and cash application

Monitor AR aging reports and collaborate with Collections Specialists for timely resolutions

Oversee customer invoicing processes and handle customer escalations professionally

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience

3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong understanding of AR processes, billing systems, and collections best practices

Proficiency in Excel and accounting / ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Experience in a technology or SaaS company is preferred
