About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale federal project.
Ensure compliance with USACE , Army Corps of Engineers , and other federal standards.
Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedule and quality.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Drive productivity and maintain a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent on large federal construction projects (preferably $50M+).

Strong knowledge of federal construction standards , safety regulations, and quality control processes.

Experience with vertical construction and complex facilities (e.g., hangars, secure facilities).

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and schedules.
