Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Prescribe medications and therapies as per state regulations.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Utilize data to track and improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Contribute to the development of healthcare protocols and procedures.
Participate in performance reviews and goal setting.
Engage in community outreach to promote health services.
Experience / Qualifications
