You will be providing our client services in New York City by monitoring, assessing, and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician –NY at our client :
- Each day, you will drive to patients’ homes to provide care and monitoring
- While at a patient’s home, engage in assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare system
- Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, our client standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR system
- You will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine support
