IT Performance Innovation Consultant

A company is looking for a Performance Innovation Consultant IT (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Manage project milestones through effective task management and relationship building

Achieve project outcomes and embed process improvements using data from clinical and administrative records

Facilitate interdisciplinary groups and support leadership in driving transformational change

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Computer Science (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology (Required)

Highly preferred : Epic knowledge and healthcare experience

Relevant experience may include a combination of related work experience and / or education
