Certified Health Access Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Hospital Billing (Hybrid Remote / In-office).

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the revenue cycle department, ensuring timely billing and claim edits

Collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and address payer requirements

Supervise staff, monitor productivity, and conduct performance appraisals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health services or a related field

Certification as a Certified Health Access Associate

Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare financial customer service and leadership

Thorough knowledge of patient access, patient accounting, and medical terminology

Strong computer skills and proficiency in hospital information systems
