Payroll Consultant

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on Payroll

Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations

Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations

Required Qualifications

Strong functional experience with HCM systems, particularly UKG Ready, focusing on Payroll implementations

Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment

Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements

Strong functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History

Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly
