Job descriptionHands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Proven software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python or GoLang Familiarity with semantic search and embedding models, including OpenSearch and FAISS. Demonstrated experience engineering RAG pipelines and building chatbot applications using LLMs. Proficiency with AWS services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Step Functions. Experience with AWS Step Functions for orchestrating AI workflows. Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks. Strong understanding of text preprocessing techniques in NLP pipelines. Awareness of data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., secure model deployment, PII handling). This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and operationalizing AI / ML applications in a cloud-native environment. Will contribute to the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbot applications, and MLOps pipelines using AWS-native services. The ideal candidate has experience with AWS SageMaker, MLOps practices, and natural language processing (NLP). Responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reliable AI services that integrate with enterprise infrastructure, internal documentation, and telemetry data. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to translate business needs into production-ready AI systems.
