Root Cause for opening req : New program

Coverage Start / End Date : ASAP

Shifts per month covered by locums : open to negotiation, currently there are 7 shift

Shift Start / End Times : 7a-7a

ACLS, BCLS, NRP - Required

Expected patients encounters per day : 9 - 12

Average Deliveries for Hospitalists : 1 - 4

NICU Level II

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required

Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage

Hospitalists Not Required to Perform Circumcisions

Hospitalists Needed for First Assist

First Assist Available to the Hospitalists

Hospitalists to Backup Midwives

Typical Cases / Procedures : Vaginal deliveries, CSXN, GYN emergencies - laparosocopy, EUA, D&C

Miscellaneous Information of interest to candidate : 1st asst to hospitalist is CNM when there is one on duty
