Overview
Director of Software (Compiler, Kernel) — lead the overall execution and delivery of compiler and kernel technologies for an ML accelerator team shaping the future of AGI. You will join a highly respected founding team with a track record of shipping world class AI chips and experience across AI processor leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a systems software stack (compilers, kernels) for an ML accelerator
- Lead and grow an engineering organization, preferably from 20+ people (flexible)
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, driving high performance and shipping milestones

Location
Mountain View, CA — in office preferred, potentially some hybrid flexibility
