Support Services Analyst I

The Support Services Analyst (VR) supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of virtual reality systems in a lab, training, or demonstration environment. This role ensures that VR hardware and software are functioning properly and provides technical assistance to users during immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, configure, and maintain VR headsets, sensors, and related hardware
• Install and update VR software and applications across platforms
• Prepare and run VR demonstrations for internal teams, clients, or educational groups
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time
• Ensure safety and usability standards are met during VR sessions
• Assist in documenting procedures and maintaining inventory of VR equipment
• Collaborate with developers, researchers, or trainers to support immersive content delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent
