Senior Commissions Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Commissions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and ensure the accurate application of sales compensation plans within the sales compensation system

Monitor and uphold the integrity and reliability of the sales compensation system

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales compensation or sales operations role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Callidus or similar compensation systems

Familiarity with Salesforce and / or SAP

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
