Job descriptionGuaranteed Pay - 40 hour minimum weekly guarantee year around of $1000.00 Straight time up to 40 hours and time and a half after 40 hours Bonuses : Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly Great company benefits starting after 30 days : $1,200 HSA employer contribution 6 Paid Company Holidays Paid Vacation : 1 week after 60 days, two weeks after 1 year Voluntary Short-term disability, Critical illness, additional life insurance 401k with 5% company contribution after 6 months of employment Wellness Programs : $15 gym reimbursement Paid Orientation and Training Perks : Personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms provided Employee discount No Slip seating Home Time : Home Daily Schedule : 1st shift, varying early morning start times; 10 - 12 hour shifts; Overtime after 40 hours worked Level of Touch : Load and Unload Late model Trucks (2014-2025) and well maintained fleet Automatic transmission No Slip seating GPS Tracking with Navigation Minimum age 25 or 21 with clean driving record Valid Class A or Class B License Job training provided Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical Must be able to climb in and out of the truck when delivering concrete and lift extension chutes and other items weighing between 25 and 75 pounds, at least 30 percent of the time. Pre-trip inspections of ready-mix trucks pursuant to D.O.T. regulations. Safely loads and promptly delivers ready-mixed concrete to job sites as dispatched while maintaining positive customer and public relations. Performs related loading and unloading operations with ready-mixed concrete delivery truck in an efficient safe manner. Performs regular maintenance and cleaning inside of concrete drum as required. Rinses chutes and rear of truck free of spilled concrete and returns truck to batch plant following EPA regulations. Assists concrete block molds and production, as needed. Keeps the inside of cab clean and sanitary. Performs daily cleaning and routine maintenance of truck. Performs other functions and duties as required or directed. The driver will deliver ready-mixed concrete and other associated products from batch plants to construction sites and homes in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining a clean and safe ready-mix truck. Compensation
- Weekly pay : $1,200 to $1,500 or more per week
Hourly Rate : $25 starting wage with an average of 55 hours per week during busy season
Points program based on achievements, claim rewards as earned
