Healthcare Organization :

FQHC with 5 team based ambulatory primary care site. Multi-disciplinary clinic sites provide excellent medical care and serving both adults and children.

• Full Time Direct Hire Opportunity

• Scheduled Clinic Hours with optional on-call with additional compensation

• Must be comfortable navigating complex cases with chronic conditions
• Fully Outpatient, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities.

• Active OR License or Willingness to obtain, BC / BE

Compensation : Competitive Salary with full comprehensive benefits. $25K sign on bonus and relocation assistance up to $15K. Excellent work life balance with PTO and CME. Qualifies for student loan repayment programs.
