Job descriptionPay Range : CDL-A drivers average 2,200 – 2,500+ miles / week $500 onboarding bonus $1,000 vacation pay Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver Drive Smart. Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week Stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements Minimum age of 21 Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver's license Must pass DOT physical and drug screen Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving) Must have at least 6 months of OTR or Regional CDL A driving experience in the last 3 years Driver must be employed at the time of payout and in working status.
