Job description

Our client, a growing, global technology company in McLean, VA, seeks a Director of IT Systems. The role will lead the ERP finance transformation, related financial reporting modules, upgrades, system integration & design across ERP, EPM and drive the finance transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP finance transformation and system upgrades.
  • Oversee the design and integration of ERP, EPM and related financial reporting modules.
  • Direct the finance transformation journey, aligning technology with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify system integration opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Manage the implementation of financial cloud‑based ERP solutions, procurement & expense platforms.

Qualifications

  • Director level experience with financial, cloud‑based ERP solutions and EPM tools.
  • Strong background in procurement & expense platforms and financial reporting modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading system integration and design across ERP and EPM environments.
  • Local (DMV) area candidate required for hybrid work schedule.

  • Base salary targeted in the $200k’s plus bonus and equity package.
  • Competitive benefits package.
  • Hybrid work schedule requiring local (DMV) presence.
