A company is looking for a Private Wealth Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director in Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support including expense management, travel coordination, and calendar management
Monitor and respond to correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience for a senior executive
Proficiency in technology and systems such as SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with MS Office (Outlook / Teams) for at least 3 years
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Experience in building and documenting repeatable processes for tasks
