Vulnerability Analyst

A company is looking for a Vulnerability Analyst in the North Central region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle and assist in building and maintaining vulnerability management programs

Interpret vulnerability scan results and develop remediation strategies and compensating controls

Collaborate with teams to enhance security posture and foster positive customer relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems / Security, or related discipline preferred

Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7

Basic scripting experience in languages like BASH, PowerShell, or Python

Understanding of operating systems and networking concepts

Hands-on experience with system hardening and enterprise software deployment tools
