Job Description
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
- Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
- Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team and respected clinical leadership roles.
- Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
- Take advantage of mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care.
