As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities and observing for unusual circumstances within the environment of a financial institution. Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors by providing directions and assistance as needed. Document observations, incidents, and / or activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
