Front Office Manager Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front servicesMinimum 5 years experience in a Forbes 4 or 5 diamond hotelBeing a great teacher and coachExperience in resorts and multi-unit operations is necessaryAll aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, Bell Services, and ReservationsCoaching team members and promoting departmental cohesionPrepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standardsMaintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
