Content Creator (Videographer / Editor)

Location : Framingham, MA (Hybrid – onsite shoots required, some remote flexibility)

Reports To : Creative Director

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator who is a natural storyteller, skilled videographer, director, and editor with a strong grasp of social media. This individual will concept, produce, and edit engaging video and digital content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) as well as site, email, and in-store channels. The ideal candidate is an avid consumer of digital media, on top of industry trends, and passionate about creating innovative content that resonates with audiences and elevates our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce compelling video and digital content from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, writers, and designers to identify stories and determine the best way to bring them to life.
  • Develop storyboards, mock-ups, and creative concepts for review.
  • Lead video shoots, including setup, directing talent / brand leaders, and coordinating with crew and producers.
  • Support content creation for live events, internal communications, and retail channel experiences.
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, consistent in quality / style, and optimized for each platform.
  • Stay current on digital, social, and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in video production : filming, editing, and directing talent.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
  • Proficiency in design, video editing, and motion graphics tools.
  • Ability to lead shoots independently, from setup to wrap.
  • Strong storytelling and audience engagement skills.
  • Actively seeks to learn and apply new techniques, including AI in content creation.
  • Experience developing creative for retail or multi-channel campaigns preferred.
