Anesthesiology Physician

Description : - The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds (1year and older), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision. Physician will work Monday Friday regular hours. There may be weekday call and Weekend call based on the schedule. Call : This is NOT a in house call. The expected response time is 30 minutes. Candidate Requirements Active IN State License or IMLC. Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible. Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : More than 2 years Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption. Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption. Certifications : ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued. Order entry is expected to be completed by locum provider.
