Dental Assistant – Full Time ($18–$25 / hr)

Township Dental Care is a privately owned general dental office with one dentist, two hygienists, and a supportive front office team. We’re looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to become the newest member of our growing practice.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and team members in a positive, modern dental environment.

We are open to dental assistants who are newer in their career — at least 6 months of experience is required, and we’re happy to help you continue learning and developing your skills.

Schedule

• Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
• Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
• Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
• Every other Saturday : 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Pay : $18–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set)

What You’ll Do

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas

Take digital x-rays and impressions

Provide excellent patient care and chairside support

Maintain accurate records and ensure infection control compliance

Help keep the office running smoothly as part of a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For

At least 6 months of dental assisting experience (Florida radiology certification preferred)

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

A reliable team player who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable
