Director of DER Programs

A company is looking for a Director of Distributed Energy Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term strategies to position the company as an industry leader

Collaborate with leaders to execute a strategic growth plan for DERs products

Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring service excellence and program oversight

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, energy, policy, engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience with program implementation and growth in demand management or storage

At least 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in leadership of multigenerational teams

Familiarity with the North American DERs market, particularly in energy and utility sectors

Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost management
